A fast growing global eCommerce and internet marketing company has an immediate opening for a full time (Bi-Lingual in Korean) customer support representative.
Requirements:
At least 2 years' experience in general office work
Great personality with a serving attitude
Great communication skills
Positive work references
Experience in customer service via phone/fax/email
Experience with ticketing systems
Bilingual (Korean) is a must
Job duties includes but not limited to answering phones, emails, and other office duties.
Hours from 9 AM to 6.00 PM
